The Brief The English Language School at Dublin City University is a world-renowned centre of excellence. We helped them translate their teaching goals into an optimised website that has increased enrolment by 600% and strengthened the school’s reputation internationally. Our UX experts focused on developing a site that was clear, logical and simple to navigate for a student body boasting more than 80 nationalities. We developed concise landing pages for users in 17 different languages while streamlining the application and payment process for the diverse range of courses on offer. Before applying, prospective students can now determine their language prowess through our newly developed Test Your English exam, and users can find all the relevant information on courses immediately through strategic calls to action on the landing page. We further encouraged new sign-ups by prominently displaying student testimonials. Through consultation with key decision-makers on the school’s board, Matrix has conceived and delivered a sophisticated full-service website that’s an inviting portal into a possible future at DCU, and a vastly improved enrolment platform for our client.
