Project: Optimise Digital Healthcheck by Matrix Internet

The Brief

IE Domain Registry has been providing Irish companies with .ie domains since 1991 — over 280,000 domains are registered under the official country code for Ireland. We developed a robust working relationship with the registry while creating their new website, and they have since teamed up with us for an ongoing drive to maximise the online potential of Irish businesses.

As well as providing .ie domains, IE Domain Registry also fosters a culture of online business excellence in Ireland, through research papers, conferences and training. Every year they identify an organisation that represents one sector of Irish enterprise, such as the Design & Crafts Council Ireland. They work closely with this organisation to identify businesses in that sector that could unlock their potential through a comprehensive Optimise digital audit, performed by Matrix.
In 2018, viewers in Ireland got an insight into our Matrix power-up when Nationwide profiled several small businesses under the Design & Craft Council of Ireland umbrella, and discussed how the Optimise programme had delivered greater online exposure and economic success.

Working with IE Domain Registry, Matrix has created a model for digital audits which gives participants a 360 degree view of their digital channels.
